Acknowledgement of Fee Due

 

Acknowledgement of Fee Due events allow an attorney to create a fee due record on a case which may be paid online through pay.gov.  Before docketing
an Acknowledgment of Fee Due, please review the docket to ensure you are not creating a duplicate charge(s). 

Adversary Proceeding Fee Due

 

Step 1.     Select Bankruptcy.

Step 2.     Select the Acknowledgement of Fee Due category.

Step 3.     Enter the case number.  Click Next.  Note:  Ensure that the case name and number match the document you are filing.

Step 4.     Select the party on whose behalf you are filing. If the party is not listed, create the party by clicking the Add/Create Party link.  Click Next.

Step 5.     Select the Adversary Proceeding Fee Due event. Click Next.

Step 6.     View Fee amount.  Click Next.

Step 7.     Check the box next to the appropriate event(s).  Click Next.

Step 8.     View Caution message.  Click Next.

Step 9.     Confirm data on final docket text screen.  Submitting this screen commits the transaction .  You will have no further opportunity to modify the
                 submission if you continue.  Click Next.

Adversary Proceeding Fee Due- Filed Prior to 6/1/14

 

Step 1.     Select Bankruptcy.

Step 2.     Select the Acknowledgement of Fee Due category.

Step 3.     Enter the case number.  Click Next.  Note:  Ensure that the case name and number match the document you are filing.

Step 4.     Select the party on whose behalf you are filing. If the party is not listed, create the party by clicking the Add/Create Party link.  Click Next.

Step 5.     Select the Adversary Proceeding Fee Due - Filed Prior to 6/1/14 event. Click Next.

Step 6.     View Fee amount.  Click Next.

Step 7.     Check the box next to the appropriate event(s).  Click Next.

Step 8.     View Caution message.  Click Next.

Step 9.     Confirm data on final docket text screen.  Submitting this screen commits the transaction .  You will have no further opportunity to modify the
                 submission if you continue.  Click Next.

Chapter 7 Installment/Final Filing Fee

 

Step 1.     Select Bankruptcy.

Step 2.     Select the Acknowledgement of Fee Due category.

Step 3.     Enter the case number.  Click Next.  Note:  Ensure that the case name and number match the document you are filing.

Step 4.     Select the party on whose behalf you are filing. If the party is not listed, create the party by clicking the Add/Create Party link.  Click Next.

Step 5.     Select the Chapter 7 Installment/Final Filing Fee event.   Click Next.

Step 6.     Enter the dollar amount you will be paying.  Click Next.  NOTE:  Leave the receipt field blank. 

Step 7.     View warning message regarding duplicate fees.  Click Next.

Step 8.     Confirm data on final docket text screen.  Submitting this screen commits the transaction .  You will have no further opportunity to modify the
                 submission if you continue.  Click Next.

Chapter 7 Final Payment in FULL - Filed Prior to 06/01/14

 

Step 1.     Select Bankruptcy.

Step 2.     Select the Acknowledgement of Fee Due category.

Step 6.     View fee amount.  Click Next. 

Step 7.     View warning message regarding duplicate fees.  Click Next.

Step 8.     Confirm data on final docket text screen.  Submitting this screen commits the transaction .  You will have no further opportunity to modify the
                 submission if you continue.  Click Next.

Chapter 7 Final Payment in FULL

Conversion Fee Due Ch. 13 to Ch. 7

Step 5.  Select the Conversion Fee Due Ch. 13 to Ch. 7 event.   Click Next.

Step 6.  View fee amount.  Click Next. 

Step 7.  Check the box next to the appropriate event to which your event relates.  Click Next.

Step 8.  View warning message regarding duplicate fees.  Click Next.

Step 9.  Confirm data on final docket text screen.  Submitting this screen commits the transaction .  You will have no further opportunity to modify the
              submission if you continue.  Click Next.
