The U.S. Trustee (UST) Program is implementing virtual section 341 meetings of creditors (“341 meetings”) for all chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, filed on or after May 1, 2024.  These virtual 341 meetings will be held by video conference, which will be conducted through the Zoom platform, beginning on or after June 1, 2024.   On May 14, 2024, the UST will be conducting an information session to allow attorneys to learn about and prepare for this change.  For more information regarding the information session please click the following link.
