On April 1, 2025, the adjustment of the dollar amounts stated in various sections of the Bankruptcy Code and one section in Title 28 will become effective pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §104 and apply to cases filed on or after that date.  Seven Official Bankruptcy Forms and two Director’s Forms that incorporate the dollar amounts will be updated on April 1, 2025.
